Housing Hub BZ is an independent, non-commercial index of publicly posted housing listings in South Tyrol (Bolzano, Bressanone, Brunico). We surface non-personal facts about each post and link you to the original source. We are not a landlord, an agency, a broker, or a party to any rental agreement, and we charge nothing.

Listings originate from public sources such as the university accommodation blog. For each post we extract only objective facts and write our own short, neutral summary. We do not mirror, republish, or reproduce the original text, and we do not copy photos. Every entry links back to its source so the full, original post is one click away.
For the listings we index from public sources, we store no personal data. Those records have no column that can hold a name, email, phone number, exact address, photo, or the raw post text, and we link back to the original instead. The one exception is a listing you submit yourself, where you choose to give us a contact - covered just below.
We keep a history of stated prices over time so we can show market trends. Price points carry no personal data: they are numbers attached to a listing, city, and room type only.
If you post a listing yourself, you give us one contact (email, phone, Telegram, or WhatsApp) so people can reach you about it. This is the only personal data we hold, and we process it on the basis of your consent and to provide the service you asked for.
We operate in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Italian data-protection law. For indexed listings we hold no personal data at all; for a listing you submit, the only personal data is the contact you choose to give, processed on your consent and kept private (see "Listings you submit" above). We never sell data.
Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, portability, and to object to processing. Since we hold no personal data from listings, these rights are satisfied by design; even so, if you believe an index entry references you, we will remove it promptly (see Removal below).
We do not perform profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Basic server logs, if any, are kept only for security and reliability on a legitimate-interest basis and are not used to identify individuals.
Facts are not protected by copyright. We index objective facts and publish our own neutral summaries rather than copying the source, so we do not reproduce protected expression. We respect the database rights of sources by linking to them instead of republishing their content in bulk. All trademarks and listing content remain the property of their respective owners.
Listings are ranked by freshness. Availability is not guaranteed: a post may already be taken, and details can be out of date or inaccurate. Always confirm directly on the original listing. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of the index or for the content, availability, or conduct of any third-party source or landlord.
Outbound links lead to independent websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Once you follow a link, the policies of that site apply.
Is an entry yours and you want it removed, or do you believe it references personal data? Use the contact / removal page with the listing link. We remove entries promptly, usually within a few hours, no questions asked.
