The unibz University Library at Universitätsplatz 1 / piazza Università 1, in the centre of Bolzano, is open to everyone for free, not only to students. It is open Monday to Friday 8:00 to 23:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 20:00. After 20:00 you need a Student or Library Card. It is about a 9 minute walk from Bolzano main station

How to get there
- On foot: About 9 minutes (700 m) from Bolzano main train station
- Bus: Stop Piazza Università, 1 minute from the entrance. Lines 5 and 10A stopped there in 2021; check südtirolmobil for today's lines
- Bike: Bolzano has one of the largest cycle path networks in Europe
- Car: Parking in the centre needs a coloured parking permit, so the bus or a bike is easier
