Housing Hub BZ is an index, not a mirror. We turn a chronological, trilingual blog into structured facts and route you to the original listing - without storing any personal data.
We fetch publicly posted listings from the unibz accommodation blog. The original post is always the source of truth.
A language model reads each post and pulls out objective facts - town, room type, price, dates, amenities, transport - and writes its own short, neutral summary in EN/DE/IT. It never copies the text or photos.
Contact details are removed before anything is stored, a regex filter blocks emails/phones/addresses, and a second model audits each record for names or personal details. Anything flagged is discarded, not stored.
Clean facts become a filterable, searchable, mapped index, plus rent analytics (averages, distribution, trends). Listings are ranked by freshness so stale ones fade out.
Every entry links to the original post. For contact details and the full text, you go straight to the source - which is exactly where that information belongs.
The result: a fast way to compare the market, with the privacy guarantees explained in Legal & Privacy. Is an entry yours? Ask us to remove it.
