We do not create, own, verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing. We do not check the identity of any advertiser, the accuracy of any listing, the existence or condition of any property, or the legality of any offer. Appearing in the index is not a recommendation.
Housing is a common target for fraud. Listings may be inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or fraudulent, and advertisers may misrepresent themselves. You interact with third parties entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Housing Hub BZ and its operator accept no responsibility or liability for any fraud, scam, misrepresentation, theft, financial loss, damage, or harm arising from any listing, advertiser, landlord, property, or transaction. We do not mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between users and third parties.
Stay safe
You are responsible for your own due diligence and for complying with applicable law. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.
If you submit a listing, you confirm that it is your own or that you are authorised to share it, that the information is accurate and lawful, and that you have the right to be contacted about it. You keep ownership of your content and grant Housing Hub BZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate, and distribute the facts of your listing for the purpose of operating the Service.
Every submission is reviewed by a human before it appears. We may edit a listing for clarity, decline it, or remove it at any time and at our discretion. Listings may expire automatically after a period.

The contact you provide is stored so people can reach you about the listing. It is kept private and is not published on the site at this time. You can request removal of your listing and contact at any time via our Contact page. See Legal & Privacy for how we handle your data.
You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the index; overload or disrupt the Service; misrepresent the Service or your relationship with it; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Housing Hub BZ and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any third-party listing.
You agree to hold Housing Hub BZ and its operator harmless from any claim, demand, or expense arising out of your use of the Service or your dealings with any third party.
