- From public sources such as the unibz accommodation blog. We extract facts and link back to each original post - see How it works.
- Do you store personal data or contact details?
- No. We store non-personal facts only - never names, emails, phone numbers, exact addresses, or photos. Details are covered in Legal & Privacy.
- How do I contact the landlord?
- Open the listing and follow the "View listing" link to the original post, where the contact details live.
- How often is it updated?
- New public listings are picked up regularly, and listings are ranked by freshness so older ones fade out of the live index.
- Which areas does it cover?
- Bolzano (Bozen), Bressanone (Brixen), Brunico (Bruneck) and many other South Tyrol towns such as Merano, Laives, Appiano and Vipiteno.
- Is a listing guaranteed to still be available?
- No. Availability can change quickly and details may be out of date. Always confirm on the original listing.
- I posted a listing - can you remove it?
- Yes, promptly and no questions asked. Use the contact / removal page.
- Is this affiliated with unibz?
- No. It is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
